of any products you purchase are at your own risk,

complaints of faulty products must be taken up with
the warrantee provided by the manufacturer (i.e.
AEM, Greddy, HKS).
- Street
racing is a dangerous practice. P-Natic strongly
discourages any form of racing on public streets,
and encourages
only racing at a licensed track. Serious damages
may occur through the act of racing, and you understand
that if you should
cause any damages through any form of racing, you
will not hold P-Natic or any of its affiliates responsible
in
any way for any such damages. We additionally encourage
driving in accordance with all local and federal
traffic laws. Please, we urge you, keep it safe
and legal by keeping your racing to licensed and
sanctioned tracks only.
- Products
listed on our website for a certain year/make of
car are made to fit only the year of car they are
listed for. We hold
no liability for any damages that may occur for
misapplications. If you think there is an error
on our website where we
have listed a product for a certain car and the
year is not correct, please contact us and ask.

Return
Policy
- Any
undamaged, unopened item may be returned within
7 (Seven) business days after the day the item was
shipped.
All shipping charges will become the liability of
the customer. All returns must be sent with pre-authorized
RA
(Return Authorization) Number which may be acquired
by contacting our returns department @ staff@pnatic.com.
P-Natic stands by our policy of customer satisfaction.
- No returns
will be authorized for special order and electrical
components.
- In order
to help us help you, please have ready the order
number provided to you on your invoice.
Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported
to the shipper listed on your invoice.
- Please
feel free to contact us as we will do our best to
assist you in this process.
- A twenty
percent restocking fee applies for all items returned
between 7 and 30 days. All shipping charges will
become
the liability of the customer.

will only ship to the address that matches the address
on record with the given credit card company. No

CONDITIONING: (OEM EQUIPMENT ONLY) Accumulator,
Compressor, Clutch, Clutch bearing, Condenser, Dryer/Receiver,
Evaporator. (Exclusions are component failure due
to contamination of the specified manufactured refrigeration
oil,
recharge and evacuation of system, A/C system conversion
from Freon to other chemicals and any retrofit process).
- COOLING:
Radiator, Water pump, Thermostat, Electronic radiator
fan, Fan and Clutch, Coolant recovery container.
(Exclusions are Belts, Hoses, Heater core, Blower
motors, and Electronic switches).
- HI-TECH
ELECTRICAL: (NOT AVAILABLE ON 90 OR 180 DAY CONTRACTS).
Power antenna motor, Power door lock
actuators and switches, Power mirror motors and
switches, Power seat motors and switches, Power
sunroof motor,
Power convertible top motor, Power window motors,
regulators, and switches, Electronic ignition module.
- STEERING:
Power steering pump, Rack and pinion, Steering gear
box.
- TURBOCHARGER:
(OEM Equipment Only and Surcharge applies to Group
‘A’ vehicles only). All internally lubricated
parts, Housing, Wastegate, Vanes, Shafts, and Bearings.
- BRAKES:
(NON ABS Only) All internally lubricated parts of
the hydraulic system including the Master cylinder,
Vacuum power assist
booster and valve, Disc brake calipers, Wheel cylinders,
Steel brake lines and Hoses. (Exclusions are: Linings,
Rotors, Pads, Drums, Hardware and any component
failure due to fluid contamination).
- ELECTRICAL: Alternator, Electric horn, Front wiper
motor, Rear wiper motor, Rear defroster switch,
Starter motor, Starter drive assembly, Starter solenoid,
and Voltage regulator.
- FLUIDS: Any fluids required as a result of a covered
repair. (Exclusions are Air Conditioning refrigerant,
Filters, Oil additives).
- SUSPENSION: Upper and lower control arm shafts,
Upper and lower ball joints, Leaf and coil springs
Only if broken), Wheel Bearings,
and Spindles.
- RENTAL CAR REIMBURSEMENT: In the event that a
mechanical breakdown of a covered component requires
labor in excess of
eight (8) hours, you are reimbursed up to $25.00
per day for a maximum of four (4) days. (Exclusions
are delays caused by
unavailability of parts, shipping, and shop schedules).
