  1. Selecting a product

    [Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" Button ]

  2. Choosing your shipping country

    [After you click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button you will be asked to Choose Shipping Country. You will be given four options: USA, Canada, Mexico and Other International. Other International applies to all International countries other than Mexico and Canada. The shipping country that you select determines the shipping cost for sending your products to you.]

  3. Viewing the Shopping Cart

    [After choosing your shipping country, you will then enter the shopping cart where you can view all of the products you have selected to purchase.]

  4. Updating and deleting products

    [Once inside the shopping cart you can "Update" and/or "Delete" any of the products you have previously added to the cart. We also have the convenient option of emptying all of the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Empty Shopping Cart" button.]

  5. Sending you order

    [When you have finished adding items to the shopping cart you have two options for sending us your order.
    Option 1 is to send your order Non-Secure. We have added this option for people whose browsers may not be capable of sending secure transactions. The large majority of browsers in the US are capable of sending secure transactions. For your own protection, we highly recommend sending your online order through our secure server. If in doubt choose sending your order Secure first.

    Option 2 is to send your order Secure. If you choose to send your order Secure,
    your order will be sent encrypted with the latest SSL secure technology.

    Any information that you provide to us will be kept confidential and is not at risk of a third-party viewing any of your personal information. ]

  6. Customer payment information

    [The next step is to fill in your personal information. The customer information form requires Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Payment Information. Under the Shipping Information section, there is a box to check if your Shipping Information is the same as your Billing Information. We have added this feature as a convenient time saver. We offer three types of payment methods: Check/Money Order, Credit Card, or Certified Check.
    Please check over all of the information you have entered on the Customer Payment Information page. Entering invalid information will require you to return to the page and make the designated corrections.

    For people using Netscape Navigator and people who do not have cookies enabled it is crucial that you check your information thoroughly or else you will have to completely fill out the form again if there is missing or invalid information on the form.

    After you have entered and double checked all of your personal information click on the "Send Order Now button.

    After you have sent your information, the applicable sales tax will be applied to your order if you are a resident of Maryland.]

  7. Confirming your order

    [After entering your personal information and clicking the 'Send Order Now' button you will taken to a page that will display all of your order information. If all of the information is accurate, then click the "Confirm Order" button. You are finished with the ordering process. You will be given an Order Number that you will need to keep for your records. If there is a problem with any of you information or you have chosen to have us call you for your credit card information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  8. Sales Tax

    [For residence of Maryland there will be an 5% sales tax applied to your order.]
